The IHS Library and Its Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

There are two points of departure for this chapter. At one level, the chapter explores how Institute Housing and Urban Development (IHS) library responded by adjusting services it provides to its immediate constituency, together with Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) Library, a rapid shift e-books. another IHS has also COVID-19 situation, providing information much wider audience, targeting particularly Africa, Asia, Latin America collating on social, economic, environmental impact in urban areas emerging economies.
